Forged 'C' Hooks
In order to prevent the lifting wire rope sling, chain, or rope that the load is attached to from disengaging, hooks are typically fitted with safety latches. Hooks can be categorized into two types based on their appearance: single hooks and double hooks, and forged hooks and strapped hooks based on how they were made.
Because the hook is attached to the crane and its weight is significant, it is imperative that its maintenance be prioritized. Therefore, the hook cannot be utilized at all if the hook locking mechanism or the hook hoisting height limitation malfunction or are damaged.
